Oh, my! My brother-in-law raved about his first book, Amazon keeps recommending this one to me, and I'm enthralled by his Instagram feed. I think I'll be getting several copies of this for Christmas gifts (and maybe a copy for myself!)

Where did the giver get the book? I looked on Amazon and everything looks like it needs to ship internationally?
