Eye Candy Friday
I've really been feeling the need to create -- to make a little mess and, hopefully, to create something beautiful.
On Wednesday, I found a little time to dye a couple of skeins of yarn.
I'm pretty happy with how they turned out. "Aegean" seems a pretty good color name.
I'm even happier that a new box of yarn was just delivered and I'll be taking more time -- this weekend, even -- to get messy and creative.
You've dyed really gorgeous yarn and given it the perfect name! Have fun creating more beauty this weekend.

The yarn is beautiful. The name you chose seems spot on. Have you ever been to the Aegean sea? Mickey looks darn good for 88!

That is just lovely, Vicki. It does remind me of a gentle seaside. I can almost smell the salt in the air and feel the breeze...

Vicki- you really have a lovely color sense...maybe because you're a photographer and your eye is trained. The yarn is gorgeous....as was the one you posted a few posts ago. If you ever decide to sell your yarn, I'm sure it would sell out. Not that you have so much extra time, haha. Keep dyeing yarn and posting the photos.
