Homeward bound / 14
Boarding a plane late this morning, arriving home sometime this evening.
We had an incredibly low-key & relaxing day in Nashville yesterday, mostly hanging out at our Airbnb house. We did venture out for lunch and to visit a couple of fabric stores, on a quest for some marking tools.
We also stopped at Jeni's Splendid Ice Creams and I don't need to wonder what the fuss is about anymore. That's Intelligentsia Black Cat Espresso. Yum.
Espresso and ice cream together sounds delicious! Safe travels!

Ah-ha, so you went to “Craft South” I surmise, a most wonderful crafty place.
You know, a day after vacation is such a good day to “vacate” the routine and still relax and remember?

I'm so happy that you had such a wonderful trip. I lived in Columbus for 28 yrs. and Jeni's ice cream is my second favorite after Graeters. Can't wait to see what you made in Alabama.

Fabric shops and ice cream and excellent company! Sounds like the perfect ending to what looks like an amazing get-away!

Oh man! It is cold here (about 37), but that ice cream looks/sounds so good. The bits and snips I've seen from your and Kym's trip are wonderful - all pretty and inspiring. Looking forward to reading/seeing all about your week!
